This 1930s Beverly Hills estate required a delicate restoration of its original barrel clay tile roof. Many tiles were cracked or displaced, and the underlayment had deteriorated over nearly a century of Southern California sun.

Our team carefully removed and cataloged every salvageable tile, replaced the entire underlayment with a modern breathable membrane, and reinstalled the original tiles alongside period-matched replacements where needed.
